Dacor Oven Probe

Dacor oven model ecs2275 prb probe is flashing and beeping.

I asked for a second opinion of course no not from the psychiatrist but from a dacor authorized serviceman recommended by dacor. Oven not set properly. Right plug diameter for our dacor oven it worked great.

Probe worked well until the plug pulled out of the housing when removing to clean. Tie legs together to hold shape. I was wiping down the oven with a damp not wet answered by a verified appliance technician.

When the good oven was finally put in we had the same temp probe issue as mcmann. Page 47 insert meat probe will flash on the display when it is time to put the food in the oven and connect the meat probe. Follow instructions in cleaning and maintenance section.
